Grave bug

Hi! I fell through the world on my DN character and i cant retreive my grave. Im stuck being dead, there is no spirit healer in the starter zone and i dont know what to do.

Help please

I made a ticket about it yesterday ingame but ihavent recieved an asnwer yet

Follow dis:
Log on site > My account > Service > select your realm and character > payment option Free > character unstuck

Or you can try RED Question mark > Character Stuck > Auto - Unstuck
