Hi , i just bough reputation for son of hodir without making any aquest .. and know i cant find pnj for the Enchatment.. help please

You have to do the questline to see the NPCs.

i need to do all the quest ?

Quest are done..but still no Enchantment..

You must have Forgin an Alliance in your quest log.
