PVP beyond WSG 10-19 twinks or lvl 80s on this server?

Hi, I've been playing on this server for a few months now on and off. I've noticed that the queues after 10-19 WSG never appear. I haven't been able to get on an AB or AV bg, only lowbie WSG. My pally is now level 60 in Outland. Will this new server have bgs at all level ranges or just mysteriously only newbie WSG also? It there is a server in this group with more bg options can I transfer my characters?

On a separate note, is the global channel linked to all Warmane servers? There's hardly anyone ever on in Lordaeron but the LFG spam on global is continuous: ex. "LFM ICC NEED 3 dps , 1 spriest, 1 healer, [epic item] RES PST" etc.
