i reched lvl 70 and i got a message i can buy a flight lizenc on northrend for 4000 Gold.
Why is that so expensive? or can i buy it cheaper?

It's expensive because you can use a regular ground mount until you get the gold.
Cold Weather Flying is 1k. The price cannot be reduced. This is needed to use non-vehicle flying mounts on Northrend.Quote:

No, you only need 1k, artisan flying isn't required for flying on Northrend. Artisan flying is only needed to use the fast(aka epic rarity) 280-310% flying mounts.Quote:
