Are Warlock pets bugged?

Every time i enter a new zone or a capital city the pet disappears and has to be resummoned which can be a pain in the considering it takes 10 seconds and a soul shard.

Also the Imp's spell Blood Pact only stays active for 24-25 seconds after which it disables itself. Looking at the tooltip of the spell it doesn't seem to be working right since this time limit is not mention and should work like a permanent aura.

edit: nvm the Blood Pact thing only happens in the city which is weird but not as bad.
