Please teach me how to play as Feral Bear Dudu!

Hi there!
I was in raid ICC25 today. I played as Resto Dudu but MS change to feral BEAR.
Every thing was smooth for me until roll time.
So at alot of sources that i watch videos and guides about Bear Dudu
It says that my most needed stats are 1> Stamy and 2>Agi (its clear)
but in next stats it said that atack power, hit rat, crit rat, arm pen are also important
In T10 set for bear dudu there are Stamina>Agi>Atack pow> Arm pen> haste...
So there are some items that droped and i rolled for them

all this 3 i rolled and won all of them but the leader did not give it to me. he said that the items are for DPS
Btw lead was a dudu also (feral)

All stats are fit with the guides that i have read and watch.
So the question is:
Am I wrong or missunderstanding about the stats somewhere or it can count as Ninja looting (from leader) ???
I realy feel unfair for this role. =((

WotLK [Guide] Comprehensive Feral Tanking

Unsurprisingly the PUG leader has limited knowledge what comes to bear tanks. Some of their items are DPS items, and some are tank items. Mainly the stats they provide matter. You need armor (through agility or directly) and stamina for survivability, and you need hit and expertise for threat.
