Can't update password

Hello,

I recently reset my password and after logging in with the randomly generated password provided, I tried to update it. However, whenever I try to enter a new password, it just tells me "Invalid new password provided, try again.". I've tried many different passwords however, they all give me this error. How can I fix this?

Try a number-letter combination. Character limit was 12 or 16, so try up to 12 for starters.

I just did a number-letter combo without any special characters and between 12-16 characters and it was accepted.
