I deleted wrong char and i cant use character restoration didnt use character restoration so long it says "You dont have enough coins to purchase this service" but under character name it says this character will be restored at no cost.

When was the last you did free restoration? And when did you delete your character? Character Restoration with a cost has 30 day restoration period. The once a week free restoration has restoration period of 3(?) days.
