Dosen't receive auttentication code
Hello Dear Warmane support,
I have the following issue. My dad is truing to log into his account, and your security system sends him an email verification, but he doesn't receive the email code. So my question is what information we need to provide you to change the status to autenticated, or change the email to working one. He have donated several times, so we can provide card information, characters, what items have been bough and mounts. If there is something else please tell us so he can continue playing in warmane servers. Thank you in advance!
