Hello how can i get a discount code ? Do i receive it when i donate or i have to wait for holidays ?

You get one once an year. If you don't have one when purchasing item, just leave the field empty and click okay. It's given towards the end of the year.

when does the code expire?

AFAIK, never.

Note that code does not work on certain items, Shadowmourne, Valanyr
