Info@warmane has not responded to me for more than a month. the advice from the moderator - “wait a little longer”, as expected - was a failure. No one ever answered me.

The letters I sent were created according to all the rules.
the letters contained all the necessary information.
I see no reason why I have been ignored by the administration for more than a month.

I don't think you're being ignored. You're original post is less than a month old so not sure how you get over a month...And the GM was clear in that post, you making tickets over and over is just going to make the process take longer. Have some patience, and in the future learn to keep your credentials private. It isn't the Admins fault you got hacked. Live and learn
