hey, sorry for not wanting to wait on some bugtracker response that might as well never come so i'm gonna post it here as well.
since last night my character is unable to drink any potions or flasks.
whenever i try i get the error message "you do not have the required proficiency for that item"
if anyone knows a fix you can do client side feel free to share, otherwise please fix asap because this is a major hindrance for any kind of serious play session, be it event, pvp or pve.
Have you tried closing the client, deleting the cache folder, then opening it again?
ok, seems like that has fixed it, at least i was able to drink a heal potion after deleting the cache, guess i'll see if the other stuff works as well again during tonights raid

not sure about you "bro" but i log off over night and log back in the next day, so if you could put 1 and 1 together you'd know that a mere re-log didn't fix it from my original post already.Quote:

Do you use the same client to play onyxia or any other wotlk server? If so, try and use it for icecrown only.
na, i only play on lordaeron and it was the first time in over a month where i used to play on 2 accounts at the same time at first, but lately just using one of them and last night that crap started, earlier today i fixed it by clearing the cache but just now it came back and wouldn't let me use some leg enchantment that i crafted myself the second before i wanted to use it...Quote:
