There are many zones where flying mounts are enabled, yet ghost form is restricted to running on the ground. This forces players to take rez sickness since their corpses are often unreachable depending on where they died.
My suggestion is to let the unmounted ghost swim through the air.
This keeps the same ghost movement speed but allows the player to reach their corpse.
