How to refund items if i cant use support website

How to refund items if i cant use support website ? i need some help, there is no way i contributed 3k+ eu from September to this date and no appreciation is shown im doing my best do get help, is the solution contacting my bank ? requesting refund for everything and donating again to warmane ? and make new acc ? can someone help me ? guide me in a way on what to do i cant use website support and i need to refund some items. SOME GUIDANCE PLS HELP

This is the only way i guess Staff can read my messages that;s why i keep on posting here but they give me no chance to reply.

i have not been given any assistants though all i've gotten is nothing can be done, but what im asking is should i contact my bank and request refund thru my bank and re donate again ?

Support was denied for you, from now on you pick items wisely, because you will not be able to refund them. It's that simple.

What you do otherwise, is up to you.

also don't you think that after donating 3k in 3 months i deserve atleast a warning before being denied support ? a warning would have been more then enough for me.

I have not seen anywhere any specific benefits players gain by donating 3k, so I think you gained all the benefits that were promised to you.
In guidelines it's pretty clear that you should not spam the system and try to make it in your dressing room. And there will be consequences if you try. I don't know what happened, but it seems that you tried and now it's "consequences" storyline arc in your anime.

The more threads you open about the same topic, type about how you donated 3k and apparently expect special treatment makes me wonder if you're going to be here for much longer. It's also amusing you expect to get unbanned for simply "donating more".

Also "requesting refund for everything from your bank and donating again to warmane with a new account" is simply a surefire way to get instantly banned not just from support but entirely. Permanently.

like i said i just wanted an explanation and the only way to contact support is thru here this will be my last thrend i wont make more bc on the other they reply and insta close them

Brother honestly wtf i donated 3k in this acc and you guys only giftt me back 130c how do u guys expect me to keep soporting u when ppl who donated 200 - 300 got almost same amount as me this is really messed up u guys wont see another donation from me Bad bad job there Good luck.

and i still donated after that

and @ Blind all i wanted to know is if theres another way to get a refund for an item besides website support, and why i didnt got a warning before the support ban thats it.

After some 6 months or something like that, you write them a letter something like this:
"Hello,
My privilege for support was revoked because I acted like an entitled baboon back then. I apologize and understand, I was wasting everyones time and nerves instead of using support system when I honestly needed help with something. I have learned when it's appropriate to ask for help trough this system. Please restore my access to support, in case I ever am in trouble and need your help.
Thank you."

i will do that give them time then, in game support said to appeal for the support ban but i don't even know if thers a way for me to appeal. but ill just let it sit and wait my time then and in a future ill email warmane instead.
