Hello Warmane staff! I am having problems since 2 3 days ago and need some help. I tried to enter the game but it says "This account is locked but can be unlocked.". The problem probably comes from the fact that im working a job that i always have to go in different city's and always have my IP changed. I will be very grateful if you can help me.

Relogging on the website should fix it. May require few attempts. Or do it with slow steps. e.g. logout - wait 5 mins - log back in - wait 5 mins - try to log WoW.

It shouldn't take 5 mins, but that's kinda "playing it safe". Shouldn't really be longer than a minute or two at max before being able to log back in WoW.

Try without possible browser VPN, and game client closed before doing the website relog. Rebooting your router may help.
