hello, I don't understand the pvp system in the area:
1. I was told that if I'm in enemy territory (lvl 80), it doesn't matter if it's lvl 1-10-50-80, as long as the first one doesn't hit me, I can't attack him.
2. I was a mage in stormwind lvl 30 15 min afk, I was running to flight master suddenly a horde rogue killed me with stealth.

No, you did not have pvp disabled.
dude. after death i clicked RMB on me checked pvp and there was commit tag on "disable"
That does not mean that your pvp is disabled. To check whether your pvp is enabled or not you have to look at your portrait and see if it shows the alliance emblem.
So if i was afk long time, did not attacked anyone, and had in options pvp disabled, how the hell there can be "pvp" on portrait and i can be attacked by +40 lvls guy in capital city?
I have no idea. Maybe you were in a pvp quest?
Maybe someone with your buff started a fight
