I think making [Scroll of Deception] bound to account instead of char will be nice for ppl. I don`t see how it will hurt anyone and that way it will be abit more flexible with the transmog. I mean we have played for the scrolls dose it rly matter on witch character you are going to use them.
You can currently get 1 scroll per character per week, so if you have 8 different alts and you have no life and do all raids with all your alts you can earn 8 scrolls in total per week. Making it account bound will allow you to fully transmog a character in such a small period of time.
I don't believe this will be implemented, but I wish it will :D
