Faction change inquiry

Hello,

I'm thinking of going over to horde, but I want to know some stuff before I do it, so if some of you did it could you please help me out with some info.

1. What will happen with the faction city reputation, will it be moved over or not?
2. What will happen with flight paths?
3. What will happen to the alliance specific mounts?
4. Will I lose alliance specific achievements?
5. Will I be able to customize me characters (choose race, hair style, etc.) ?

I think this sums it up.
