authentication code issue... i have the username and psw

Hello!
I came back to play, but when logging in it requieres a authentication code got new IP address)that would be sent to my registered e-mail.
I lost access (and i dont remember) to the e-mail.

I have my username and password but cant log in cuz of the e mail thingy, is there any way to change the email or skip the authentication?
