same issue here, and if I log in the char model is different than what it's supposed to be (ex: I got DC on a dwarf male and re-logged as a female tauren lol)
Did the server crash and messed up char data?

Have you tried reinstalling the client?
This usually happens on the first of April.
same problem here.. all my characters are level 1 and yesterday it was fine.
