Problem with dungeon finder

Hello, I'm a new player so i don't understand many things yet but i have one problem with dungeon finder. I played few dungeons normaly, then i opened the game today few hours ago and when i tried to find dungeon i sat there for some time and all of a sudden queue just dissapeared and when clicking "find group" button again, nothing happens, tried restarting game again and everything same happens, i don't understand why that happens, did i get ban or something? Thanks in advance
