Boomy t10, 2 or 4 pieces? (low gear)

I'm not sure how helpful the 4t10 would be over the 2t10.
I have around 150EoFs, enough to buy:
- t10 chest ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=5...weave-vestment ) ---> i would get the 4t10 bonus
- meteor chasers raiment ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=5...hasers-raiment ) --> has higher stats, but no 4t10 bonus.
I also have enough emblems to also buy the t10 shoulders ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=5...erweave-mantle ), but I'm not sure i would prefer them over the one I got.

I could take, for example, t10 shoulders and t10chest, or t10shoulders and the meteor chaser chest.
Also, if I don't buy the shoulders, I could get the Maghia's misguided quill as a trinket, but they could be wasted points for getting too much hit.

What would you gain by trading a few higher stats for an extra damage source? Get 4t10 set asap and save for shoulders aswell, t10 pants are ok to have till you can replace it with festergut drop. You need like 40-45 buffed crit to always land crit solar.

Thanks, I always have problems identifying the increased dps effect of t10 sets and sometimes trinkets because the math formula behind them is not always clear. I always read guides before posting, but often you see a declared beneficial effect, while quantifying is sometimes impossible (unless you have the items already and try them on a dummy or something).
