How do i report someone?

Hey guys! Its my first time playing on this server and the second playing wow in my life. I encountered something in the dungeon and the person spoke to me in polish i think? but i translated the image and its some nasty things.

You don't. What he said was highly unlikely to be reportable. You just ignore such people and move on.
