There's nothing to fix. You're playing in a PvP server, that's working as it should.

There's no way around it. I've been ganked too, so now I return the favor because revenge is satisfying. Some players will gank or camp you, while others won't bother. It all depends on their mood and boredom level.

To avoid these issues, do quests in low-populated areas. The WoW map is vast, so you can easily find other places to quest without encountering these problems.
