Quest Bugged

Hello, the quest [31] [Infiltrating the Castle](Part 7 of 8) is currently bugged. I am on the Onyxia Progressive Server and I've been waiting 6 hours to be able to interact with the NPC named Tyrion. I've submitted a ticket earlier this morning but nothing happened. What should I do? Thanks!

I think he starts functioning again when the server restarts.

How much should I wait then?

I have a similar issue

I accepted the quest "The Attack!" (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=434/the-attack)
It was very hard for me so I ran away then abandoned it
later I came back to "Tyrion" but I can't take the quest from him
the exclamation mark doesn't appear on top of him

please inform us if you can find a solution
