The Scepter of the Shifting Sands

I gave all 3 shards blue, green and red to Anachronos and after that I calmed down a bit and started giving resources for war effort. All the time I thought that The Scepter of the Shifting Sands Anachronos will give out only after the horde and alliance will collect the necessary amount of resources + 5 days to deliver the caravan. But today I found out that other people who did this quest, this scepter is already in the bag (I do not have it in my bag or in the bank). I ran to Anachronos, and he doesn't even want to talk to me. How can I get the Scepter of the Shifting Sands for the quest https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=8743/bang-a-gong? Is it possible that something went wrong or how can I solve this issue?

If you have completed the 3 shards, you don't have the scepter, and he's not offering another quest, then you either deleted the scepter or should submit a bug report. Probably quickly.

you must talk to anacronos click interact with his texts and at the end he gives you the scepter .

I honestly don't see what the problem is for GM. Check whether I have done this chain of quests or not, you can in a few minutes, in addition, all the things that are given as a reward for red, blue and green chains I have.
