Its possible to fly?

I was in stormwind and i saw that the players using flying mounts in the town couldnt fly, when i put the mouse on the mount effect, it only showed that it increase the movespeed 100%, not showing the fly speed.
So, the players cannot fly in warmane?

I imagine you're talking about one of the wrath of the lich king realms? You can only fly in Outland and Northrend. Cataclysm was the expansion where you could fly in all zones.

Ohhh, i see. I came from another server, i thought you could fly normally in all zones in all expansions. Thats sad. Thank you
