Stuck in realm of shadows

I'm stuck in the realm of shadows with my dk and I can't find how to get out.

Can someone help me ?

Did you finish the quest? You could try that, or abandon it.

I finished the quest but I'm still stuck in it

Right click the debuff, if possible, or try /cancelaura "Buff Name" (or ID if shown by an addon)
