Bought item for wrong character

Hello guys, i don't know where to create a support ticket for that.

I've just bought an item from the store with point (free voting)

and my son was doing **** in my house was yelling at it lol and by accident forgot to change character. so i bought the staff for my war and it was for my mage if by any chance to refund or just delete it from my war and send it to my mage please ...?? thank you =)
