Possibility to ignore problematic players from Icecrown server

There are many rude people from Icecrown server that offend others during BGs. People from other servers cannot ignore them and are forced to read their stupid and rude comments. This realy makes playing on Warmane trully bad experience. Can you make it possible to ignore players from other servers? For example I'm Lordaeron player and some Icecrown player starts to offend me or someone. Then that person could just ignore them and play happily. Icecrown players very often don't know how to play BGs, they dont follow strategic goals but it doesn't stop them from blaming faction or particular members of it for losing BG. There is a solid reason why they are called "iceclowns" by many. I think the hole community would be thankful if we could get a chance to not need to read their stupid sentences they wrote on a chats and be able to ignore them. If you don't belive me how they behave then create horde char, join Bg and see what they write with your own eyes.

You can right-click their name and click "report spam." It will put them on ignore until you log out.

That or loldaerons could grow a thicker hide. Growing a thicker hide is something people whom come here to complain about other users in general should do.

If you somehow don't like how some people play in BG's, make a premade to negate that issue.

Harassment is against the players code of conduct. Nobody is expected to grow a thicker hide. Everyone is expected to follow the code. Besides, not everyone's got the time to form a premade just to get back at a specific rut.

To OP, if you can take SSs of the incident and share through imgur on an in-game ticket the devs will deal with their misdemeanors. Gl.

Harassment isn't just few nasty words said during a single BG match. You'll get copy paste answer reciting ignore/report spam function. If the words were discriminatory/racist, then file a report.

By your logic, should the OP be banned for harassing all of the Icecrown players by calling them "Iceclowns"?

Persistent harassment, sending threats, racism and discrimination is against ToS.
Calling someone an ape or an ***** once or twice does not violate it.
Some people do actually need to be told that so they can improve.

Why not disable battleground chat in your chat settings? Nothing useful is ever said there anyway.
