In latest changelog it says "Fixed Glyph of Holy Light healing not being affected by ratio of effective healing". I'm a bit confused on the wording. Does this mean the glyph now ONLY heals off the amount of effective healing ignoring the total holy light, reducing its healing?
You should have a look at the report that is linked with that line in the changelog.
Is it possible to just answer my question cause that doesn't help :)
It absolutely should, and I'm not going to repost everything from that report when you could just go look at it.
