Transmog

Small question
Iv wanted to have Claymore of the Prophet for a transmog on My DK for a while but Im playing on Horde side.
If I transfer to Alliance side to Transmog it and transfer back to Horde, would the Transmog change to Greatsword of the Sin'dorei or does it stay Claymore of the Prophet?

In short, transmog will stay, only item will change.
