Donation - bad customer support

I donated x amount on 21.07.2024 and even today 27.07.2024 no coins on my account.

Contacted my bank and the transaction is succesful.

Contacted Paymentwall and they said they got the money and are trying to communicate with warmane but no answer.

Contacted Warmane they answer that are trying to communicate with Paymentwall because they don't see the money even though I uploaded screen shots of every proof possible (bank-paymentwall-everything necessary) they just ignore this.

At this point, this is not only bad customer support from Warmane, this is simply ignoring the issue all togheter, and it blows my mind because all you have to do is 3 clicks and i have the coins problem solved because I payed for it ! not mentioning that I could bring friends that can also donate or simply donate my self more in the future, is Warmane doing that great financially that you rather ignore customers then help them ?

I am now actively trying to escalate this to legal matters and would rather loose more money just to have justice in this.

It should be automatically returned on failure but the time depends on third parties.

Please read my post again, it is a succesful transaction and it was validated as such by the bank and paymentwall, I can send screen shot of paymentwall response saying that the monet is charged succesfully and they are awaiting your response for almost a week now.........

I'm aware of what you said but it didn't go through if it's tied up with the processor.

Ok, but my request is that Warmane speaks with paymentwall and resolve this, I have screen shots from both of them respoding with the same thing but still nothing happens, is this what we are to expect from warmane when we want to donate ? just have our money taken from us and then igonred? I am sure that there are lots of clients that have donated without issues but I am more then sure that there are enough people with the same issue as me.

Donating to get something in return isn't donating, it's buying.

If warmane says they haven't seen any donations, why don't you do a chargeback?

Usually games permaban you if you chargeback a payment, but since they insist the payment never arrived...

From being here for 15 years on this server this problem has occured several times for people from certain countires where their banks throw a hissy fit everytime you want to do a Exchange to either a specific country or other countires in general, and out of all the times I have talked to people who this happened too the issue have allways (almost 1 guy got scammed from his own bank in the end) been revolved in 1 way or another, it might take a little time though, money transfers have a tendency to dissapear into the void until it appears again.

Update: It has been resolved, I have the coins. Don't know exactly what was the issue or what happened exactly.

Was it your first time donating? It just happens to be some security delay sometimes. Further attempts should be instantly.
