Eligible Wrathful shoulders in 2s for icecrown and lordaeron realms

Holystrings alliance icecrown here, i was wondering by making this post. A request/suggestion for a change can happen. if it's possible for the next season and onwards to make a hotfix/change of being able to make in icecrown realm server and as well as lordaeron to get wrathful shoulders via through 2vs2 just like it is possible in blackrock realm server by grasping 2000 or maybe 2050 arena rating.

that would really be a nice change since currently no matter what arena season you are playing on warmane, it's really hard to become elegible for WF shoulder via through 3vs3 in icecrown and lordaeron due to people simply not having that much interesting in pushing arena rating or non the less, trying to play that much 3vs3 (Also, most of the time, only boosters, arena snipers and win traders playing with meta/anti comps are the ones queueing making it even more sufferable the road to 2k arena rating push). in top of that, Considering that even in official wotlk classic, blizzard did also make that change since they also knew 3vs3 was also a dead bracket in every realm they had at their disposal. (because they also knew most pvp players enthusiast were always struggling to find a third partner for 3vs3 since you know, social interaction is hard to comeby for some people).

just by this, you can tell pretty much that the 3vs3 bracket is out there for anyone that want to grab on the pvp titles, but honestly i don't really care about those pvp titles at all.

not only that, it's also not possible to get WF shoulder through soloq in both icecrown and lordaeron since that piece of equipment requires strictly 3v3 or 5v5, and not just only personal and team rating of any arena bracket, rendering it quite pointless trying to get every piece of pvp gear by soloq meaning (And also considering the nature of how random and frustating is to play and deal with soloq players, absolute chaos full of griefing, not good).

i have played in icecrown realm server ever since Corona outbreak started and everytime i have tried to push 3vs3 so i could get WF shoulders i would ended up in failure due to always having people with no committment on pushing games and arena rating (not even mentioning losing interested at playing 3vs3 and even worst, quitting at 3s). most of the time, the people i have recruited for 3s are always telling me they have experience at 2s only but never for 3s; as well as telling me that for them, 3vs3 is too stressful for them to play.

So i would not really mind the possibility of having that little quality change of life since, i have also played 2vs2 and i have also hit multiple times 2k in 2s just like any other pvp enthusiast out there while having to deal with too many kind and cliques of people.

now people may also say and counter-argument with things such as: "bro, you can just simply hop to Blackrock, get to 2050 in 2s and get your WF shoulders gg" or "bro, just simply spent coins into your shoulders like everybody else and gg" or "bro, just join to those boosters/win traders and easy problem solved". which my answer to that is: No, it's not fair and it's not good sportmanship.

i would really like to have warmane staff having into consideration for this petition since it would really fix an outdated and yet flawed game design problem that even blizzard now regretted and changed it for classic in compare how the game played back in 2009-2010.

tbh i kinda agree with it, but do not allow it from 2s, would kill the 3s ladder even more , should be enough to lower the rate for 3s such as 1800 (i dont need s8 shoulders on any of my chars, before people jump in and say random things)

Let's theorycraft, at the moment the lower 2k rating team is the rank 36 of whole 3 realms together which means that for obtain s8 shoulders at the moment you need to be:

- Icecrown top10 teams
- Lordaeron top 10 teams.

And let's not even consider if you want 2.2, you simply wont.

Maybe, and i say maybe, simply make a different mmr system

Being in top 10 of the realms is easy to say that you're not going just to obtain some gear, but u're attempting to get ranks/titles.

Lowering probably the whole concept of 3s rewards such as shoulders and T2 weapons could definetly increase the activity on the ladder, simply because the rate wont look so "far/impossible" for anyone who isnt interested in aim for titles and top ranks.

In short words, let the teams who want get ranks fight at higher rate, and let the casuals able to play, for example i remember there was a server i wont name that even with lower population, they added rewards for rated above 2.3+ so the teams were playng to get it (even rewards at 3k) and the overall ladder rate got skyrocket for the top teams making 2k quite easy.

Right now quite every top team stop at 2.2-2.3 as mostly of the times is the rating for gladiator or even r1 sometimes (or keeping that rate till end season push).

In a short way:
- Make the 2s item rewards as supposed to be, on all server
- Lower the rating for shoulders/t2 from 3s (not Soloq)
- profit.

Hope the staff try to figure this out, making the "items reward" easier wont kill the ladder, but probably the opposite.
