Channelling spells are not cancelled by the ESC button

I don't know if it's a bug or it was like that in 3.3.5, but channeling spells are not cancelled when I press the ESC button or /stopcasting command (for example, Penance or Hymn of Hope). The command /stopcasting does not work and nothing happens, and when I press the ESC button, the exit and settings menu appears, but the spell continues to be cast. Normal casts are cancelled normally both with the command /stopcasting and with pressing the ESC button. I disabled ABSOLUTELY ALL addons, but the problem remained. Can you tell me how to fix this or what command can I enter into a macro for this? It's not always possible to move to cancel because I can be immobilized.

somehow I got the same problem, but in general.

the ESC button should be remove the target (while targeting) but instead it's remove the target AND press option simultaneously which is showing option window right in the middle of chaos.

I tested another PS but it work well, it happens only in Warmane.
