I see boosting services being advertised in chat all the time. I don't think it's against the rules. Are you sure it wasn't for something else?
PvP boosting is against rules.
PvE boosting when the mobs are marked with skull for the lower level is against rules (in party, or out of party tagging counts).
Raid boosting is fine.
Another point. It's NOT bannable to boost PVE in a dungeon/raid that they can enter. EVEN if the mobs are skulls. If the character can enter the dungeon/raid, then you are allowed to boost them there.
What is PVP boosting? For example, If player A has top items and player B has very weak items, they cant play arena together because this is fun for them?Quote:
