Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy
Or you're logging wrong account/realm, or somebody had access to your account and opted to clean it from goods and deleted characters.
Did you check in-game? Characters may not show up in armory if they had names removed due to inactivity.

Those numbers pulled from realm list stating (X) as in characters in those realms? That only means the characters weren't deleted from WoW in your computer. It could mean they were deleted from other source e.g. inactivity cleanup, or other 3rd party (player) that had access to your account.Quote:
