Making Retribution viable in the classic stage

Hello everyone!

I found out that Seal Twisting is possible in vanilla. Obviously, Seal of Command to Seal of Righteousness twisting can be good and a dps increase, but the real find is Seal of Commands twisting into other ranks of the same seal.

This effectively doubles the chance of a Seal of Command proc, and also has the chance to proc 2 of them at the same time. The following link proves it.

You may notice I switch back and forth in the video, but chain switching is completely possible and ideal to save mana.
