Old account

Is it possible to retrieve my old account?

I have account on your server with email that I was using 4-5 years ago.

When I requested password reset, I got message that it request is sent to my email. Nothing happened.

Then I requested username retrieve and also got message that request is sent to my email. Nothing happened.

After than when I tried to created account with my email, I was unable because account with this email already exists.

Is it possible to get my old account? If so what are my next steps.

Hello, I have two accounts in Warmane. After a long pause, I decided to start playing again, but I forgot which email address my second account is registered to. I only know my name and password, but because I have double-protected both accounts, I cannot log in the second one. the name of the account is Zdravko. I would be very grateful if you could help me. I just want to know to which post office this account is registered because I have several post offices but I do not receive mail from this account.
