This makes this a custom version of WOTLK that isn't true WOTLK.

If you look at wowhead comments you will see that Titanguard was removed in patch 3.0.3: https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=4...guard#comments
Since this server is in patch 3.3.5, Titanguard is not available.
