I can't enter the game world, I crash on the loading screen with this error.

What should I do?

I can freely enter the game with my other character, which is located in another place.

I found information that "error #134 Fatal Condition Program" is a server issue. Could you just transfer my character to the city?

I will give you few solutions as it is possible to work
1- remove read only from your game's folder (it is located in your game's folder properties).
2 - add the game to your protection system (antivirus/firewall) exceptions list.
3 - move the game to another location else the current location ( for exemple to desktop).
4 - delete your cache folder (located in your game's folder).
5 - run the game as administrator.
6 - redownloading a fresh client will fix almost every problem.

select which was the character you want to teleport.
select the type of payment Free
it will automatically select "character unstuck service" then click the checkbox
and just press unstuck , this will teleport your character to it hearthstone's location.

Your game is corrupted, you will eventually have the same crash in the future. You have to download the game again.

We have the same version of the game on three PCs. Everything works fine for two friends, but on my computer the game constantly crashes in one location. We reinstalled everything completely, but the problem did not disappear.

Test your hdd/ssd with Victoria. Completely portable, does not require any installation. Extract to a folder, run, make sure you select the respective drive you want to test(not the partitions!) and double-click the Test & Repair button.
