I cant log in

Hi, I can't log into my account in wrath of the lich king. I haven't logged in for quite some time and can you help me restore it somehow? I can give you name of the heroes if it helps?

Why you can't login?

I cant remember my password , i know the heroes names, and maybe my account name, but how to recover my pass
