Relentless Earthstorm diamond?

Isn't Relentless Earthstorm diamond suppose to be in the game? If I'm not wrong it was in from the start of TBC and Chaotic Skyfire diamond was added later so that caster dps didn't have to play with the agi/critt dmg meta gem.

There is currently no recipe to buy from the Consortium quartermasters.

Bump, I too would like to know if this works for casters too or just melee.

That's correct.

Still find it funny how it would even matter what version we are in for that item, when the raids are in their absolute final, nerfed state xD

But on the other hand, heroics are harder than raids, still worth running
