How do I change specs?

New player here! I have played retail for years, but have had a chance to play WOTLK. I'm just starting to level a druid but only have interest in feral and bear tank. You start with boomie and resto, and I am unsure off how to swap them out for the specs I want to play. I feel stuck with boomie (I'm only level 10) and I just want to play feral and eventually role bear as my duel spec. Any help would be much appreciated!

if im not mistaken you get feral at a higher level, around 20 i believe.

If you haven't invested in talents yet, you don't need to. If you have, you can visit Druid trainer to unlearn the talents (may cost 1gold). Bear form as far as I remember requires a questline (check Druid trainers). At level 20 you unlock cat (DPS) form.
