Hello guys how are you all, i was wondering how much time does the response time of the game masters takes to read someones ban appeal or other type of tickets. I am banned i wont tell why and i was wondering how much time it takes normally to get response on your ticket, this is my 3rd day btw thank you all for your answers and have a good day
EDIT: Does the game masters read tickets on sundays? or just from monday to friday
Ban Appeal tickets are lowest priority, so they may take a week to get a response to.
i made ticket 5 december and still doesnt got an answer about week you mean maximum 7 days? the days are endless and i impatiently refresh the page every few minutes.
No, he means on average seven days. It could take longer if there's a large volume of other types of tickets.

Yes, ban appeals have the lowest priority, as Ohie already said.
Also, website tickets and in-game tickets aren't the same thing or handled by the same team.
