What's the logic with how low PR starts when you join a team and how many games it takes to get up?
Why is it around 40 games to get to 1500 rating on a new team? And the point gain is so bad that team hopping is pretty much not a reality.
It seems like it would make more sense to set player PR to whatever team rating is (up to 1500)?
This system is just very discouraging to team hop with especially since 3s is dead.
