Is Anyone Even Working On This Server????

This server has been out for a MONTH already... and there are so many issues still.

- Missing tons of gems/some enchants from the vendor.
- No professions.
- No updates on whether Engineering items are staying in the game for arena.
- Missing items from rep vendor.
- Rogue shiv bug + vanish, not to mention getting pulled from reflective shield (not working properly) and probably other bugs I'm not aware of for other classes.
- Solo queue is not solo... like hello?
- No faction/race change which is available on other servers.
- These Kara quests need to be changed, should not be a chain quest but rather pick them all up at once so people aren't sitting around in BG's griefing (can click off berserker buff, nobody doing anything but camping WSG buffs, etc) people who actually need them. Or better yet just let us run a Kara I could do 6 of them before completing this absolutely HORRIFIC chain.

Any devs actually out there or what?

which gems/enchants are missing? open a bug tracker report flagged as missing items and include them, then wait for devs to take care of it, they have always done it fast and effectively. if you however want to add items that are not available in the current content patch such as spell hit gems then obviously you wont get them.

i agree with professions they should be in the game by now

engineering items will stay for now until they will be reevaluated at a later time, this information has been communicated by malaco some weeks ago

if you notice bugs feel free to post them on the bug tracker but include evidence of how the interactions should work then it will be fixed very soon. if you cant provide proper bug reports and just say X Y Z IS BUGGED SOURCE: BECAUSE I SAY IT IS then obviously nothing is going to happen

solo queue has always been solo/duo in every game including wotlk blackrock for years it is nothing new or bad

quests are rough i agree would love to see more actual pvp action aka arena 2s/3s whatever but not bg all day. very tedious

Blackrock was created as a supplement to help Onyxia queue times. So naturally Blackrock should be forced into battlegrounds to fulfill that purpose.

I think missing things like professions was intentional. Onyxia was given a headstart on items as a way of balancing the advantage Blackrock starts with. Same with professions, Onyxia in the current economy needed a bigger head start to complete professions.

You have to be careful here because at the end of the day Onyxia is the primary realm and focus. Any sort of special treatment given to Blackrock can compromise the whole thing. Onyxia exists without Blackrock, Blackrock doesn't exist without Onyxia.

Professions needs to be in atleast

As a guy who plays both (but primarily onyxia), I love this take. I wish more people were like this. I currently think blackrock already is so much easier than onyxia it may have actually done more harm than good.

For example, I wanted to try out rogue, so i made a char and 5 mins later was in a bg. I got free potions, poisons, netherweave and can use them as much as i want.

I went in and fought players who clearly had worse gear than me, rogues with 1k less life etc. the starting gear isn't amazing but it is better than the vast majority of onyxia players. It actually made me laugh out loud after 1v1ing a rogue with worse gear than the char i made 5 mins ago.

Warmane has a balancing act they must do with these servers and I don't think they hit the nail with this one. I'd rather there just be no blackrock, or that they were separated based on my experience playing both servers.

I agree that Onyxia can function independently without Blackrock, but the same isn’t true in reverse. While it’s true that Blackrock makes obtaining starter gear much easier compared to Onyxia, the real challenge lies in acquiring endgame gear, which revolves around a single, albeit tedious, quest chain on Blackrock.

That said, Blackrock does have a clear advantage in Battlegrounds due to its accessibility, but Battlegrounds aren’t meant to be highly competitive or used for rating. Onyxia, on the other hand, shines in Arena content. With specific weapons and trinkets, PvP players on Onyxia can reserve and target the gear they need, which streamlines the process significantly.

Personally, I’ve been stuck waiting for a specific weapon on Blackrockfor over five weeks now, which highlights the RNG frustration players face on this server.
