Does the ticket system work or is it just a machine that gives generic responses
So I should ask if the tickets in incecrown in the game are answered or do they have a random automatic response machine? Since I have sent several tickets regarding a bug quest that belongs to the chain from the Dragon Graveyard to the Gate of Wrath for a week now, i have send three ticket it week and the last two times GM Simpreza has answered me while i was online but it has been with generic responses without having read the information or tried to communicate via in-game chat.
I understand if it was due to a lack of details in the explanation, but as you can see in the image i tried to answer with as much detail as possible.

What I'm asking is if any of you have answered a ticket as a person, not a machine? Is it worth continuing to send tickets to see if it gets resolved or is it just a waste of time and the horde will never be able to complete the cultural master?
