Which rings for my 70 moonkin twink?

Hi, I'm unsure which 2 rings I should buy for my level 70 PVP moonkin. He only plays PvP in the Open World (Lich King). The other slots are PVP parts (Brutal Gladiator). Some guides mention the first two PVP rings (Guardian's Band of Dominance + Subjugation), but the other rings seem like a good choice to me as well. Especially Ring of Omnipotence. Apparently only the PVP rings are "unique"; apparently I could wear a PVE ring twice. What do you think? Thank you!
