I think i got scammed in a raid

First of all im not experienced with raids im still kinda new to wow and did a lil bit of raids with my guild , but tonight i decided to do a raid with randoms , so i joined a toc25 as a dps rogue, and after we finish it i started rolling for things and i rolled for a wrist and got the highest number , and then i rolled for a trophy of the crusade and also got the highest number , the raid leader gave me the wrist but never gave me the trophy of the crusade , so i wanna make sure did i get scammed or why i didnt get it.

If loot rules allowed multiple wins and you rolled highest but didn’t get the item, you were likely scammed, report it and stick to guild or trusted raids.
